About Me	I moved to St. Louis in 1986 after I finished my Masters degree at UNI. Then after a divorce, I uprooted and moved to New York City in 1990. In 2000, my second husband, Omar, and I bought a house in Rutherford, New Jersey, a suburb of NYC. I worked for 17 years in student financial services at a technical, two-year degree granting college in NYC - Technical Career Institutes. In June 2007, I changed jobs and am now employed as the Director of Financial Aid with Rockland Community College in Suffern, NY. The college is part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system and the college campus reminds me a lot of Hawkeye Tech in Waterloo. (I believe they have upgraded the name, right?)
