About Me	I was born in New York City and moved to DC before my 1st birthday. My folks bought a house in the Virginia suburbs where we moved when I was 41/2. I went to Burgundy Farm Country Day School through 6th grade and Hollin Hills Elementary for 7th. Next was Groveton for 8th and 9th grades and William & Mary summer band camp. I then transfered to The Hawthorne School in DC. Studied drama at the Washington Theater Club and summer program at Catholic U. Also continued music studies (clarinet with Sydney Forest) played Tenor Sax and Piano in rock bands. Attended Colby College then Goddard College. After graduation studied music at Berklee in Boston then UDC in DC. Performed in "Senior Prom" for 2 years at the "O" Street theater, DC. Worked as an arranger/producer at No Evil Multimedia (recording Studios) DC. Worked at Olsson's Records & Books, Alexandria, VA. Needing more income became an insurance agent. ACC agency (P&C '80 - '88) switched to Life & Health with NY Life '88 -'89. Opened an independant brokerage agency (Insurance Buyers Service) '90 to present. I have a 28 year old son who just graduated from U of MD. I play Baritone/Alto Sax and Clarinet/Bass Clarinet in the Thursday night sight reading group, the Bob Gibson Big Band with some of the top players from several of the best bands in the area.
