About Me	I joined the Coast Guard right after High School. I was stationed in the wonderful Florida Keys. After four years in Marathon. I decided to go to culinary school. While enrolled i had my first child. I moved back to the Keys after Graduating from Culinary school. I worked and Managed a few restaraunts, then got a job as executive sous-chef at Hawks Cay Resort where i was in charge of 5 different food service operations including a banquet facility. I knew at that time that i wanted to open my own catering business. When i was just opening the business and still working at Hawks Cay I met my husband. I opened my business Cristiano's Cafe & Catering (named after my first child). Right after opening I had child number two. After 3 years in business i am about to have child number 3.
