I grew up in Griffith, Indiana and went to college at Indiana State where I got a B.S, and M.S degrees in teaching Science and Social Science classes. I took additional classes at Purdue Northwest in Hammond, Indiana. I taught and coached in various schools in Northwest Indiana. I had various careers as an 18 wheel truck driver, chemical sales engineer and school teacher outside Houston Tx. I was a letter career. I have had other careers as a Foreman in a steel mill, pharmaceutical sales representative. I was elected to the Griffith Indiana school board and gave out a 500 dollar scholarship for a student going into an educational trade program. I was in other various field's that I had an interest in. Even though I taught at one time or another all the sciences in high school or college. I also believe trade related careers should be pushed in a positive way for student success. I live back in Griffith and teacher Drivers Education. I have been to numerous school corporations to push Union trade jobs. Many school corporations have been positive with career information I have given them.
