About Me	Worked for Monsanto for eight and one half years with the last four as a supervisor, worked for Sky City two years as Deprt. Mgr., worked for Rhodes Furniture Company for seven years as Salesman and then MGr of Laurens, SC store, came back to Greenwood and went to work at Neptune Meter Co. on second shift so I could go to Piedmont Tec and get Industrial Engineering degree. I worked at Neptune for six years becoming a Certified Manual & CNC machinist while completed my degree. I then became an Engineer in training for the Rudolph Penland Co. in Gray Court, SC. I worked for them from four years before being recruited by Danfoss Fluid Power in Easley, SC. From there I was recruited by Lemforder Corp. in Duncan, SC to become project manager to start up Automotive plant supplying BMW and Ford Motor company. After eighteen months, I was recruited by the Vickers Co (opening in Greenwood, SC) to do the same thing (Project Manager/Engineer) to start up the new facility (which is now Eaton Pump Corp. The day before the opening of the new facility, I fell off a ladder (at work) and broke my back. I was in a hard brace for six months. I didn't return to work until yr. 2000. I was then recruited by my old company Danfoss (SauerDanfoss) as project leader to move a company from Newton, PA to Easley, SC. I retired in 2002 to become a Consultant with SauerDanfoss and other companies. Finally, I came home to roost on my little ranch known as "Crawdaddy's Catfish, Goats and More", raising cattle, min. horses, chickens, flowers, plants, vegetables, fruits and fish.
