| About Me | Eldest of 4 (2 girls, 2 boys), born in Germany, (father studying physics), moved to LA at 3 mo old, siblings all born in Canoga Park, CA. Moved to AZ age 9-13, then Greenville TX for high school grades 9-10, then to Denton at age 16 to attend TAMS (class of 91), lived in UNT dorm, made amazing friends and enjoyed the church life! Mom died after 13 year struggle with Hodgkin's lymphoma Nov 92 at age 48, father remarried, and all of us kids came back together in Austin, where we took refuge in church homes. My sister Sarah and i shared an apt while she studied chemical engineering and i at college of pharmacy, where i met and married Vic Vartanian (post doc in analytical chemistry). Our brothers continued high school and college in Austin while living with us and church families. After 14 years in Austin, we moved to Albany NY for Vic's job and blending with the churches on the East coast. Here, after 16 years of marriage, Hannah Bethel was born.
