INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS OFFICER 1993 - 1994
Department of the Navy, International Programs Office, Arlington, VA.
Successfully analyzed, confirmed and authorized legitimate requests for disclosure of classified Military information to Foreign Governments specifically covered under various Foreign Weapon Programs, Military Sales Agreements, and other International Military Agreements. Awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for successfully developing & deploying a new computer program that greatly increased office productivity; Released from active duty upon own request July 1994; Honorably Discharged May 2000 from IRR.

Successfully managed all areas of office administration, provided liaison with other Pentagon offices and oversight of physical and personnel security programs.

NAVAL FLIGHT OFFICER 1988 - 1991
Department of the Navy, Patrol Squadron 24, Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL.
Performed superbly as a Mission Commander, Tactical Coordinator, Navigation & Communication Officer on board US Navy Maritime Patrol Aircraft. Successfully managed over 60 personnel during assignments as the Squadron’s Maintenance, Personnel, & HR Division Officers. Awarded the Southwest Asia Service & Armed Forces Expeditionary Medals for service in the Persian Gulf War theater.
