About Me	II graduated from college. I married Brad and had three children. I have taught high school English for 28 years. At age 42 I began running, and competed in several 5K events, even winning one! I have been diagnosed with two different types of cancer (lymphoma and melanoma) and am currently stable. We spent 3.5 years helping our son fight neuroblastoma, including many trips to Philadelphia for treatments and participation in numerous clinical trials. We lost our only son to cancer 3-18-06.
