About	James Scott Moore, 33, of West Happy Ridge, Ashland, died Thursday, Sept. 17, 1998 at his home. Scott was born July 30, 1965, at Ashland, a son of Marlene Stevens Blankenship of Ashland and the late Kern Moore. He was a hotel auditor with International Hotels of Seattle, Washington, and a member of the Danleyton Missionary Baptist Church. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his stepfather, Jim Blankenship of Ashland; two brothers, Christopher Moore and Steve Moore, both of Ashland; two sisters, Bunnie L. McEwen and Brenda Wilson, both of Flatwoods; and three stepbrothers, Ronnie Blankenship of Mansfield Ohio, Larry Blankenship of Columbus OH, and Roy Blankenship of Chattanooga, TN. The funeral was conducted at 11:00 am Sunday, Sept. 20, 1998 at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods by Jim Coburn. Burial was in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens at Flatwoods.
