About Me	Finished college; Taught Remedial Reading & coached freshman girls' basketball at Garden City HS for a year; Taught junior high English, PE, & Health, and coached cheerleading, track, & basketball at Central Burden Jr/Sr HS for two years; Moved back to Greensburg in '97 and have taught HS English, Forensics, Drama, World History, Geography, & Reading since then. I currently coach tennis & forensics, & I'm the asst. girls' basketball coach. I got married to DJ McMurry in 1998. My oldest, McKelvie Rose, was born in 1999, and my youngest, Ellery Quinn, was born in 2003. After the tornado, I got involved in the rebuilding efforts in town through the Public Square Long-Term Recovery Plan & the Community Recovery Action Team, and I'm currently Vice President of the 5.4.7 Arts Center Board, so there's been a lot of excitemen...(read more)
