Enlisted in 1967 in Navy with Danny Steppe. Finished 4 years active & 3 years USNR. Joined NM National Guard in 1983 then went active duty Army in 1985. Retired 2001 as First Sergeant.

Deanna "Dee" Davis Lasister

I enlisted in the Army after graduation. I trained as a medic and was able to attend schooling to obtain my LPN license in 1968. Stateside assignments included Alabama, Texas, Kansas, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Louisiana with overseas assignments to Landstuhl and later to Ludwigsburg Germany. Completed 22 years of active duty before retiring in 1986.

Our Greensburg High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Greensburg High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated. All of us in Greensburg are proud of our military alumni and want to thank them for risking their lives to protect our country!
