Johnnie is survived by his mother, Mary Huls, Greensburg, sister, Brenda Campbell, Greensburg, and sister-in-law, Sharon Rigby, Indianapolis. He was preceded in death by his father, John R. Campbell, step-father, Robert Huls, and brother, Keith Rigby. Private services will be held at a later date.
