About Me	Welcome to my Facebook page. I am the Assistant Town Manager & Director of Emergency Management for the Town of Enfield, CT. Please visit Facebook "Enfield Emergency Management" & Twitter "EnfieldEmerMgmt" for emergency management notices. I have served as Enfield's Assistant Town Manager since February, 1991. Additionally, I am Enfield's Director of Emergency Management. I just finished serving a two-year term as Chairperson of the Capitol Region Emergency Planning Committee (CREPC) which is based out of Hartford. I was elected to this 2-year term of office in November, 2008. Prior to coming to Enfield in 1991, I served as the Assistant Village Manager of Mount Kisco, NY from 1988 to 1991. I came to Mount Kisco after serving as a Management Intern with the City Manager's Office of Kansas City, Missouri from June to December in 1987. I have been a Volunteer Firefighter since 1977. Presently, I am a member of the Suffield Fire Department which is my 5th fire department over the years. My former Fire Departments are: East Marion, NY; Mutual Engine & Hose Company No. 1 of Mount Kisco, NY; Shaker Pines Fire Department of Enfield, CT; and North Thompsonville Fire Department of Enfield, CT. I am a former New York State EMT. In addiition to being a member of the East Marion Fire Department Rescue Squad, other EMS agencies I used to be a member of over the years were: Five Quad Volunteer Ambulance at the State University of New York at Albany; Capitol District Ambulance of Albany; and the Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance.
