| About Me | After graduating high school I completed four years at UW–Milwaukee, earning a degree and strong foundation in music education. The classroom, did not turn out to be where my heart was and pivoted to launch a career as a professional musician. I was commissioned to write the music and serve as musical director for an original theater production hosted by the Milwaukee Performing Arts Center. After, opened a commercial production recording studio, freelanced as an audio engineer at several local studios, and performed as a keyboardist and vocalist in numerous local bands throughout the mid‑80s to mid‑90s, including appearances on several major festival stages. As technology became more accessible and intertwined with music, that creative path naturally evolved toward Information Technology. I worked with several consulting firms before landing a brief stint at Strattec Security Corporation, finally landing at Briggs and Stratton where I spent the majority of my IT career in a variety of IT and leadership roles. During those years, went back to school to complete a degree in Business Management at Cardinal Stritch University. Today, I’m the Chief Information Officer at Horizon Home Care & Hospice (9years) still blending creativity with problem‑solving, just using different tools.
