About Me	I became a court reporter in 1982 and worked in that field till 2005. I worked as an official court reporter for the State of South Carolina for 20 years; I worked for U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia for 1-1/2 years as an official court reporter. At the time of my resignation from the state in 2005, I was the secretary for the South Carolina State Court Reporters Association. I have also performed on the stage for various community theater groups and for the South Carolina Playwright's Conference in Beaufort, SC, where I lived for 18 years.
