About Me	I'm mostly retired (79 yrs old) but have been busy starting, owning and managing a mid-size custom design and manufacturing company, managing rentals and investments, and world-wide traveling(over 100 countries; I travel 3 months each year) . I am married to a wonderful wife who is very supportive and hardworking (she is a retired Optometrist), we are finally transitioning into (nearly) full retirement & the "Golden Years" . We have had some fantastic long vacations around the world, visited 92 countries including nearly all countries in Europe (20 times), India (4 times),China (twice),Japan, Russia(3 times),Vietnam, Indonesia ,Malaysia, Thailand,Zimbabwe,Zambia, Botswana, Kenya,Tanzania, Nepal (3 times) ,Bhutan, Hungary, Czech Republic, Ireland, Greece, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Antarctica. We have lived in 4 countries plus the US; Greece, France, Nepal and Canada. We live in a beautiful home high on a ridge in a very rural mountainous area, close to wilderness and the Pacific Ocean. We also have a beach condo in Oceanside with a sailboat, and have timeshare condos in Hawaii and Cabo San Lucas. I sail, hike, camp (we have two RVs), and read history and great literature,enjoy classical and country music, and paint watercolors. We have three married daughters (Christie, Megan and Julie) and are business partners with Christie and her husband Enrique. We have 8 grandchildren, 4 boys and 4 girls, mostly under 6 yrs.
