About	James E. Starcher On February 22, 2009 Jim Starcher went home to be with the Lord and our mother. He passed unexpectedly.Jim was a graduate of Green High School Class of 1982. He was the loving father of James Jr. and Heather. His father, William Sr., brothers, Bill Jr. and Tim loved him and will miss him very much.He was preceded in death by his mother, Dottie Starcher. He leaves behind, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and loved ones.Jim was loved by all who knew him and was an avid pool player, golfer and loved sharing time with his son and his Boy Scout activities. Jim touched many lives and will be missed by all.
