We are putting together our 55th GCHS Class of ‘70 Reunion! Last year’s Fall Social was very successful with over 50 classmates attending! We seem to add a few more every year, so I think it’s great that we keep them going.
We will be returning to The Tavern at St. Michael’s Square on Saturday, August 23. They have such a nice patio that is perfect for our group, they do a very nice job with the catering, and they have always treated us very fairly!
Please let me know if you plan to attend. We are asking everyone to send $20 per person, to help offset the cost of catering. Please send your check or money order payable to me at 2607 15th Ave., Greeley, CO 80631. There will be a cash bar, the same as in previous years, with each person receiving a voucher, valued at $8 towards your first drink.
As we continue to age, these get-togethers become more special to us all. If you know of any classmates who didn’t get this message, please let them know, or send me their contact information. There are several I have not been able to find. Also, if you know of any who have passed away in the past year, please let me know that, too, so we can remember them on our Memory Board.
