About	Ronald Wayne Phoebus, Jr. passed away at his home in Orangevale, CA on July 8th at the age of 39. He was educated as a Mechanical and Aerospace Engineer; he also held a Commercial Pilotâ€™s license and was an FAA Certified Flight Instructor. Aside from his love of flying, he was an avid whitewater kayaker, scuba diver, and traveler. He enjoyed working on projects for his home, raising heritage turkeys, and planting extensive vegetable gardens. Ronald is survived by his father Ronald W. Phoebus Sr. and stepmother Patricia of Carmel, CA; his mother Joan Wells and stepfather Frank of Frisco, NC; and his sister Erika of Virginia Beach, VA. He also left behind the loves of his life: Christina Shupe and her son Justin, age 7, of Orangevale, CA.
