Gary was a kind soul that had a way of using his nervous shaking in a self deprecating manner that always allowed students as well as teachers to burst into laughter. He had the rare ability to take any logical comment or conversation and reconstruct it into nonsensical humor. He was truly an amazing person with a look and a talent for making people laugh.
