About	Obituaries Mary L. Higgins (February 2, 1968 - June 24, 2008) Mary L. Stewart Higgins, age 40, of Madison, IN, formerly of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Tuesday, (June 24, 2008) at the Kings Daughters Hospital in Madison, IN. She was born on February 13, 1968, in Grayson County KY, the daughter of Charles Louis and Nell Wilson Stewart. She worked at the Community Based Services and communicare in Leitchfield, a 1986 graduate of Grayson County High School and a 1991 graduate of Western KY University with a bachelor degree in social work and was a member of the North Madison Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband, Donald W. Higgins, her mother, Nell Stewart of Leitchfield, her brother, Charles David Stewart of Leitchfield, her sisters, Gay Franklin of California, Vickie Sue Brown and Barbara Rudnick both of Leitchfield, her mother-in-law, Martha Cole of Madison, IN and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bill and Jennie Keller of Madison, IN, a loving pet, Max and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Louis Stewart. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday (June 27, 2008) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Jerry Weedman will be officiating. Cremation was chosen. Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 10:30 a.m. Friday until time of services.
