Favorite School Memory	Taking an alertnate route, and hiding behind some hay bails during a Cross Country practice.....darn it we got caught though, and had to run a longer route the next day!
About Me	Went to UW-Stout Menomonie, WI for my B.S. in Art Education, could not find a job, so I went for my CNA, worked for Aurora Residential Health Care company as a CNA for 3yrs. met my husband Alan when I was going to Stout for a minor in Special Edu. add on to my degree. We were partnered up in a lot of class group projects and became good friends before we started dating. Then 2yrs. after dating we were married, July 10th 2009. so glad I met such a funny, smart, and caring man!!! A month after we were married we moved to teach in the Alaskan Busch, in Gambell, Alaska, on St. Lawarence Island, teaching the Siberian Yupik people. Right now we are in our 2nd yr. in the Alaskan Bush, in Nulato, AK with the Athabascan Indians, right on the Yukon River! Our experiences have been seeing a Boahead Whale being hunted, and dragged onto shore, trying Walrus meat, dancing to yupik songs on Fridays at school, seeing the northern lights, seeing a mother moose and baby moose, eating eskimo ice cream, going to a potlatch, and eating moose steaks.
