About	It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Vincent M. Sheehan. A dear son, brother, cousin and friend. Vincent passed away suddenly at home on August 14, 2016. Vincent was born December 13, 1964, in St. John's, Newfoundland, and spent most of his life in Winnipeg, Manitoba. His 51 years were marked with a fair share of hardship and turmoil, but throughout he remained a quiet and gentle soul. He will be missed by many.
