About Me	I graduated from college, and got married. My husband and I just celebrated our 25th. Wedding Anniversary this past November 17th. 2009. I work with middle school age children in Special Education for the past 32 years. My campus principal celebrated me and let me know that this schol year 2025-2026 is year 33 for me. I have been awarded Teacher of The Month by the students, and have be nominated Teacher of the Year. Honored to have been nominated Teacher of the Year last May, 2025. My hobby is a lot of fun, meeting gat people in the buying and selling of Antiques. I am very bless. Update - 2024. In 2010 my beloved husband of 25 yrs of marriage pass on from complications of Leukemia. I've continued on with my teaching job, now though I've gone through District Training in SRA/Reading Specialist in middle school. I teach & work with students with a severe learning disability in reading. I've Not remarried. Have built my life around volunteering at the community food bank, church & church missionary work, (we traveled to Lima, Peru in 2023), member of Alpha Delta Kappa (professional fraternity for women educators), socializing with friends & family, active in our community Senior Center - member of the Center's Competitive Chair Volleyball Team, ( we have team shirts to wear at the tournaments/lol). Enjoy as well being a patron of the Heard-Craig House of the Arts,(from lectures to tea parties in the garden to raise money for the North Dallas area homeless shelters).
