About Me	Earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Ohio State University in 1962. U. S. Army veteran. Graduated from the U.S. Army Information School at Ft. Slocum, New York. In 1963-64 worked at the Armed Forces Radio Service station in Saigon, made famous in the movie, "Good Morning Vietnam." First TV paycheck was in 1960 from the NBC station in Columbus, Ohio. After military service worked in television news at stations in St. Joseph, Missouri. and Des Moines, Iowa, before starting my 35 year stint at KOVR. Retired after 40 years in TV news.
