CLYDE WEIR OF GRAND LEDGE, MICH HAS BEEN ELECTED TO THE MASA SOFTBALL HALL OF FAME LOCATED IN MIDLAND, MICH. WEIR PLAYED ON TEAMS ALL OVER THE STATE BUT WILL GO IN UNDER THE CITY OF MT. PLEASANT WHERE HE WAS A MEMBER OF 3 STATE CHAMPIONSHIP TEAMS. HE WAS ELECTED BASED ON HIS HITTING AND OUTSTANDING PLAY IN CF. WEIR IS A LONG TIME MEMBER OF THE DETROIT TIGERS SCOUTING DEPT. WEIR GRADUATED FROM GRAND LEDGE IN 1968.
