| About Me | SO MUCH. Life happens! Married in 72 (Mike Stewart, GHS 69). Moved to CO then AZ. Worked in corporate world, then opened my own car rental company. Got hit with cancer, and then everything changed. Got into glass. And the world changed for me. Currently my work is seen internationally, in major museums and galleries. Lots of magazines, newspapers & TV coverage. An incredible journey, that I still can't believe. To see my work in major museums, and in magazines. Pinch me! And it all started at GHS! I own serveral professional glass studios, and teach glass art. Have traveled and studied in Spain. AND I have worked with Team Chihuly (as in Dale Chihuly) on a major exhibition. Attended the world famous Pilchuck International Glass School (all at the age of over 45). Raced sailboats (won the North American Championships), and raced motorcycles a small amount. And have been enjoying life, with all the ups and downs it gives us. Most of all, I enjoy sharing and helping. Remembering that certain teachers at GHS really made a difference in my life.
