I met Bill in 5th Grade because I saw him reading a book called “The Making of Star Trek.” That started a phenomenal friendship that lasted up until his passing.
Bill was more than just my best friend throughout our school years. He was my “brother from another mother.” Bill was something of an eccentric, but he was brilliant. He could piss you off with some of his opinions and then say something that would have you on the floor laughing until you felt sick!
His presence in my life has left an eternal mark on my soul. His passing hurt me in ways I can’t describe. I loved him deeply and will miss him for the rest of my life.
