About Me	work-travel: Whether for business or pleasure, Ive been throughout the USA and parts of Mexico(Mexico City, Alcapulco, Mazatlan and all the border towns) & Canada(Calgary). This past summer was 5076 miles over 19 days through 14 states including Memphis/Beale Street and Nashville/Lynchburg, Monticello VA, Philadelphia PA, Lake George NY, Niagara Falls NY, Pittsburg PA and Lexington KY. Been more than once to San Francisco and New Orleans, Reno/Tahoe and Colorado/New Mexico. Enjoy travel venues of historic/cultural/cuisine interests. Next travel destination: Savannah GA and Paul Deen's cafe. Daughter Lisa lives in Graham and is GHS Vice-Principal, son Eric lives in Graham and blessed us March 21, 2006 with arrival of grandson Eli Brandon Arrell, Eric will graduate from Midwestern University in December'09 and has accepted an employment in Graham with a family-owned oil business I'm now working in Houston manging a portfolio of oil/land interests for a family group and commuting weekly to home/Cuero(130 miles). Last child graduated from CHS in 2008 and hope to slow down after he completes college (hopefully by 2012) ... he's currently at Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX in study environmenal science. Wife, Vickie, now teaches kindergarten in Cuero after career burn-out from 9 yrs. in Crim...(read more)
