Revised Scholarship news

The class of 1959 had a challenge from an anonymous donor to raise $2,500 and the funds would be matched dollar for dollar. Thanks to contributions from members of the class of 1959, area businesses and others, the challenge was met and there will be two scholarships in the amount of $2,500 each to be presented in honor of the 50th anniversary of the class of 1959! (This is in place of the original $1,000 scholarship that was planned)

NEW SCHOLARSHIP!!!!!!

In honor of their 50th year anniversary of their graduation from Gorham High School, the alumni members of the class of 1959 will award this scholarship in the amount of $1,000 to a graduating senior at Gorham High School. This scholarship award recognizes academic achievement and service, in addition to financial need.

Funding for this scholarship comes from direct donation from 50th anniversary alumni, fund-raising activities and donations from area
businesses.

Graduation

DENAE BORDEAUX ERVIN (GHS '99,
Muhlenberg '03), graduated from the University
of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia
with a Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris
(VMD) degree. She resides in Allentown,
PA with her husband, Todd. Dr. Ervin is
the daughter of Denise & Douglas Bordeaux of Gorham.
