James "Bubba" Bunn
Class of 1981
James 'Bubba" Bunn was a guy that everyone loved to be around. It was Bubba on the football field, Bubba walking down the hall, and Bubba that everyone wanted to see. He always had a smile on his face, like nothing was ever wrong. He was so quick to help anyone that need help. He never ran from anyone, except on the football field, and no one could catch him either. James "Bubba" Bunn was a man or character and went on to ECU and then later to serve his Country in the Navy. Bubba was not just a friend, he was everyone's buddy that got to know him. We lost our Hero on earth, but our Lord gained a Hero. RIP Bubba and the class of 81 will see you one day. As we would say in the Army, See You on the Green.....
