About Me	After high school I went straight to Iowa state and got my BFA in interior architecture/design. I specialized in hospitality design with an emphasis on high-end resort hotels. In May of 2006 I got married to Brooks Moorman after dating for 5 years and we bought a house and moved to the Cedar Rapids area where he is an aerospace engineer. Right now I am finishing my MFA at Iowa State. Currently I am involved in professional organizations such as IIDA, ASID, and IDEC for educators. As far as goals, I am excited to have achieved my career goals already by working at the world's top hospitality design firm on some awesome projects like the Palms and the Palms expansion tower in Las Vegas, the Venetian, the new Palazzo in Las Vegas, and the Oprah Winfrey school for girls in South Africa. I also worked on gold key award winning hotels in Shanghai and Dubai.
