Favorite School Memory	There were so many, but most of them related to time spent with my future husband.
About Me	I married Wade Sumpter with whom I had two Sons. I supported Wade while he attended Portland State University and in 1990 he reciprocated by supporting me while I attended Lane Community College and subsequently OSU. After a 6 month internship with Boeing in Portland and another one with Hewlett Packard Company in Corvallis, I obtained a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from OSU. To celebrate that achievement, Wade took me to Paris. I continued to work for Hewlett-Packard Company for 11 years. Wade passed away in June of 2007. We would have celebrated 42 years of marriage in September of that year. I now live in Bothell, Washington, just down the street from my older son and his family. It is truly a blessing to be so close to them, particularly my 4-year old grandson....(read more)
