About Me	I served in the Army and Navy. Along the way, I did a lot of traveling and saw some very interesting places and sites. They ranged from ancient ruins, historic forts and warships, to spectacular sunrises and sunsets out at sea and in exotic places like Hawaii, St. Thomas, and Turkey. I also met a number of Vietnam War POW's. Other aspects of military life that weren't so enjoyable included staying up all day and night, loading ammunition while the ship was moving, and getting to perform all kinds of duties in all kinds of weather.
