About Me	Wow! What a great ride it's been so far! After graduating HS, I attended Memphis State Univ and graduated in 1992 with a degree in Marketing/Advertising. After that I moved back to Nashville and worked for MCI Business Markets. After 2 1/2 years I knew I wanted a career change and decided to get my Master's degree in Sports Administration. I moved to Atlanta and attended GA State while working with the Olympics. I soon landed an amazing job with NIKE (still my favorite company to have worked for) where I planned community events/programs and met lots of cool athletes! After meeting my soulmate who also worked in the sports industry, I chose to leave an amazing life and move to Michigan with him. There I worked for the Detroit Pistons for a year and then became Director of Promotions for Univ of Michigan's Athletic department. After my husband was offered a job with the Univ of Arkansas Athletic department we moved again in 2000. We were there for 6 years and I did PR for famous author E.Lynn Harris which was really exciting... Fast forward to 2008, we relocated back to Michigan for my husband's job. I spend most of my time volunteering at our kids' schools and a homeless shelter that I'm on the board for. We also recently started a sports consulting biz to help graduation rates for college football players. We've been married 9 years and have custody of my two "bonus" children (i hate to use "step") along with our 7 year old son.
