About	Mary Lou Marz (née Hilfer), 55, of Fort Lauderdale Florida, passed away on Monday, January 1st, 2018. Mary Lou will be remembered for her generosity to others, her beautiful smile, and for her devotion to her three precious nieces, Shannon, Megan and Bridget Nelson. Mary Lou was a free spirit and we will miss her creations of art, poetry, jewelry and more. Mostly, we will miss her love and compassion for the people and animals that touched her heart. We love you forever Doe, rest in peace. Mary Lou is survived by her mother, Astrid Hilfer, her sister Joanne (Michael) Gresavage, and her nieces Shannon, Megan and Bridget Nelson. Mary Lou is also survived by her maternal and paternal aunts as well as several cousins. Mary Lou was pre-deceased by her father, Louis Hilfer, and her brother, Steven Louis Hilfer.
