| About Me | I am a redneck at heart. I am an avid gamer especially Call of Duty series, but I refuse to play WOW. As much as I love gaming, I love being active such as playing sports and doing various outdoor activities. I currently play on 4 softball teams(all 12 in.), so my weekend consists of a lot of softball. I am a diehard Cubs and a Bears fan. No matter where I move, these two teams will always be my team. I guess you could say I am the adventurous type. I guess that was why I was lured into the military. I've done over 10 years in the Army between Active Duty and National Guard. I've been to 2 deployments, one of each conflicts, Iraq and Afghanistan. So far, I've been pretty lucky and have not had a bullet fired in my direction from enemy fire even though I went out almost everyday on combat patrols. Now I just need that luck to make me a lottery winner. I graduated with a Civil Engineering Degree from UIC. My favorite type of music are Heavy Metal and Country (I know, pretty much on opposite ends of the spectrum). My collection of my musical tastes is quite broad and diverse. The music ranges from classical to celtic to rock to folk music. Also, I just added K-pop and Trot to my collection.
