A memorial service was held by the US Coast Guard in Portland, OR. On January, 2016. Loving son of the late Joseph and Geneva Gervais. He leaves behind a former wife, Linda, a son, Mike, a daughter, Laurie, father-in-law to Tad Nemes, and four grandchildren, Nate and Jason Gervais, and Kaitlynn and Carter Nemes. He left behind his brothers, Mike, David, and Tom, and sisters, Terry, Suzy, Mickey, and Karla, as well as several nieces and nephews.
