Leafman, 31, of Mesa, AZ and formerly of Lake Forest, IL; beloved daughter of Joan and Alan Leafman; loving sister of Amy (Terry) Forbes, Rebecca (Steve) Creighton and Dorian Leafman; adored aunt of TJ and Cody Forbes; treasured niece, cousin and friend of many. Chapel service Thursday 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
