Jan Klebukowski
Class of 1982
I managed to complete over 22 years of military service to the United States of America and at the same time being the only member of my family that has earned two Associate Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
My Air Force and Air National Guard training has lead me to be trained in various career fields such Aircraft Maintenance, Radio Maintenance, Computer Maintenance, and working in various supervisory positions such as Training and Logistics Manager from 1992 to 2007.
During my entire 22 years of service, I was also very fortunate to travel and see many US states as well as numerous overseas locations that many others only dream about visiting!
I have also dedicated over 13 years of my own life researching and writing a complete history of my former base at Roslyn Air National Guard Station that has been inducted into many famous libraries such as the Library of Congress, New York City Public Library, online sources on the internet, as well as numerous military research institutes all over the US at various military bases.
My research was also recently inducted into my own hometown high school library so that all future students will benefit from my research and help influence their future careers!
