I deployed three time. Once to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Once to Ft Campbell and Once to Kuwait and Iraq.

I was a SGT in the Army, where I was an Animal Care Specialist. I took care of the military working dogs while deployed to Kirkuk, Iraq for a 15 month tour. I have spent most of my Army career working at NMRC, Silver Spring, MD, where I worked in Biomedical Research.

Marine Corps, 20+ Years
I enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1982 and rose from the rank of private to Lieutenant Col. I am currently serving as a civil servant to the USMC as a the Director G-1 Manpower for Training and Education Command which encompasses 17000 Marines and 2500 Civilian employees. I have risen to the Grade of GS15 and continue to serve the Marine Corps as a Civilian. I have served the Country and Corps for over 30 years. Have made multiple deployments to include Somalia, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Korea.
