Retired from United States Navy. I spent about 2.5 years in Viet Nam then went to a small boat unit. I spent about 16 years in the boat unit training others to operate and fight the boats.

Air Force, 19 Years
Currently serving with the 89th Maintenance Group, Andrews Air Force Base near Washington DC as the Resource Advisor (Budget Analyst). Responsible to review historical financial data and formulate into future budget plans for a multi-million organizational budget. The Maintenance Group are responsible for flying the top 5 US political and senior military leaders across the globe. In July 2011 a retirement ceremony for TSgt Gran in commenoration of her completion of a 20-year career in the Air Force.

Army, 20+ Years
US Army Intelligence for 28 years; served in Korea, Germany, Haiti, Afghanistan, and Iraq before retiring as the Army G2X SGM in charge of counterintelligence and HUMINT operations and training for the Army. Also spent the last few years assisting those Soldiers injured in combat recover by learning new skills in the intelligence field which allowed several to stay in the service and continue to deploy and serve while others became invaluable members of the IC as civilians continuing to help protect this nation.
