Favorite School Memory	In a nutshell - Coach Jackson's class. He'd sleep - we'd sneak out the window. OR, he'd come in late and we'd have turned his desk around and attempt to look innocent.
About Me	I got married to Ashley's dad in '91. Moved to Bakersfield, California, for a short while and then back to Gilmer. I began my law enforcement career in '96 and have been progressively promoting, since. Right now, I'm with the DA's Office in Nacogdoches County, but "cut my teeth" at the Sheriff's Office in Tyler. I was in the jail for a while, but moved to administration where I was Sheriff J.B. Smith's secretary. (He's QUITE well known for his speaking all over the world and for his tenure in office. Google him.) Learned a lot there. . made great connections. Met and married Thomas Kerss, who's the Sheriff of Nacogdoches County.
