About Me	I've been working in the social work field since 1971. I have my own practice in Woodbridge, VA. I consider myself blessed to have been able to join so many on a part of their journey through life. Mike and I began dating in our senior year in high school and married several years later. We have two grown daughters and now three precious grandchildren. We are so fortunate. I have dear friends who often join me to play and simply enjoy life. They are also wonderfully present when love and support is needed. There have been some who have died. Their physical absence is pronounced. Their love is forever with me in my heart. I'm pretty physically fit (strong) and hit the gym 5 days a week. Two of those days I work with a trainer (hard). My body does protest but I have to keep going so that I can keep up with my grandchildren for just as long as they'll have me! On the other side of physically fit is the fact that I love almost any kind of food. I don't deny myself in that arena (I probably should). I'm acutely aware of time passing (quickly) and have felt a desire to rekindle relationships from the past. I was fortunate enough to have loved high school and college.
