About Me	ღ I am hεαthεя εℓℓεη. BA in Anthropology UMaine Class of 2013 Double Minors in English and Medieval and Renaissance Studies Akira Yamauchi makes me the happiest I have ever been. "I love you more than anything Heather Yamauchi <3" I have this profound hope that things will be okay with time. I'm taking time for myself. I'm taking this time in my life to create a future for myself that contrasts my past. I am making my place in this world. I believe that anything can happen and that everything that does happen, happens for a reason. I was a vegetarian from 2003-2010. I guess I’ve wavered on a few things I’ve believed fully at one point. I still hold the belief that humans shouldn’t be above any other creature on Earth just because they have “intelligence.” Studying Anthropology has shown me the value in how we, as a species, evolved and grew. I once thought life was a series of tests given by God, but I realize that there are no tests, just chances- and I’m taking mine and running with them. I’m determined to make my own tests and accomplish each and every one, and if I must alter a belief to reach the goals that will lead to my ultimate fulfillment of life, then by all means, I will! I am my truest belief, and for once in my life, I am ready to solely believe in me. I’m more me for realizing adjustments to my beliefs may be necessary, because if I stick to old beliefs that didn’t change with me, I’d end up a lie.
