HEFFERNAN-Elizabeth A. of Mineola on July 6, 2005 after a long illness. Beloved sister of Mary Jane and Jack Quinn (deceased), Thomas and Patricia Heffernan and Florence Martinez (deceased). Also survived by loving nieces and nephews and their families. Dear friend of Sister Kathleen Murphy and Sister Mary Brown, Sisters of the Order of St. Dominic, Amityville. Retired Guidance Counselor, Garden City High School. Reposing at Elmont Funeral Home, 1529 Hempstead Tpke, Elmont, NY Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, 10:30AM at St. Boniface R.C. Church. Interment private. The family requests donations be made to a favorite charity.
