WINSTON-SALEM - Alicia Ann Arter, 46, passed away November 6, 2008. She is survived by her children: Raven Lynn Arter, Sean Hight, and Aspen Hight. A Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m., Monday, Nov. 10 at First Assembly of God Chapel in Winston-Salem. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Forsyth County Humane Society.
