About	Of Woodbridge, VA, died October 30, 2012 of cancer. She was born January 25, 1958 in Providence Hospital, Washington D.C. She graduated from Garfield Senior High School in Woodbridge, class of 1975. She was employed by U.S. Department of Agriculture, Washington, D.C. by Datrose and Strayer University Woodbridge. She was a member of Saint Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in Manassas. She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Matthew C. Murphy. Karen is survived by her parents, John and Mary (Sura) Saupp of Ginter, PA, formerly of Woodbridge, three sisters Elizabeth (Robert) Hunter of Stafford, VA; Patricia (Gareth) Reeves of Richmond, VA; and Michelle (Kyle) Henley of Brooksville, FL. Also surviving are two nieces Sarah (George) Pentzakis of Powder Springs, GA and Emily Hunter of Fairfax, VA; two nephews John Hunter and Jacob Henley, and one great niece, Ava Pentzakis. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 pm Nov. 2,2012 at Miller Funeral Home, 3200 Golansky Blvd., Woodbridge, VA. A Parastas service will be held at Miller Funeral Home Nov. 2 at 6:30 pm with the Rev. Volodymyr Baran officiating; Divine Liturgy will be celebrated Nov. 3 at 10 a.m. at Saint Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in Manassas. Interment will be in Saint Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Ramey, PA with Rev. Anthony Balistreri officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, 6719 Token Valley Road, Manassas, VA 20112.
