About	James Donahue was born June 9, 1963 in Fort Ord, California. He left us unexpectedly on May 13, 2017 in Cologne, Germany with his family and friends at his side. James (Jim) was a 28 year long time resident of Cologne, Germany. He was employed by Lufthansa Airlines. He loved travel, taking cruises, his beloved dog Bobbie and flying on many various airlines. He took great pride in his Irish and German heritage. He was the organizer of the annual Saint Patrick’s Day celebration within his airline family in Germany and made sure that all had a good time. He is the youngest of three children to James and Inge Donahue. He is survived by his sister, Christina Donahue-Taylor, brother John Donahue, mother Inge Donahue, niece Brigid Donahue, nephew Brendan Donahue and longtime partner Manalo Ansede-Lopez. Jim could always be counted on to make you laugh or smile if you were having a bad day. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
