About Me	I am a Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City & County of Denver, Colorado, where I have worked in the Prosecution Section since 1989. My wife, Kim, grew up in Bellevue NE, as her father was USAF SAC. She is a Literacy Specialist with a Masters Degree in Special Education (I needed someone w special skills to deal w me). We have one daughter, Alyssa Marie, who is named after my late mother (Mary Alice). She is attending college at the University of Hawaii @ Hilo studying marine biology. I am an active volunteer in my community of Douglas County, Colorado, and occasionally travel back to Fremont to visit my father, Kyler who is retired and remarried to the former Carolyn Svaboda. So I now have some extended family members in the area too. I served in the U.S. Army to gain college $ and served during the Cold War in West Berlin, Germany. I traveled into East Berlin regularly, observing the horrible conditions brought about by a centralized socialist totalitarian regime. I love skiing w/ my daughter.
